Obstetrical Emergency Department (OBED)Īs part of our vision to elevate the level of care and service we provide to expectant moms, Saint Agnes is proud to provide the area’s only OB Emergency Department that is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year, with Board Certified OB/GYN hospitalists. To contact the Emergency Department, call (559) 450-3205. If the specific type of room you need is not available, we will make you as comfortable as possible in the ED until your assigned room becomes available. If it is determined by one of our ED physicians that you need to be admitted to the hospital, we will make every effort to get you settled into your room as soon as possible. To give you a better idea of what to expect during your ED visit, you are encouraged to review our Emergency Services Information Sheet. So we appreciate your understanding that we stabilize and treat the most severely ill and injured patients first. We understand how frustrating it can be to wait, especially when you're in pain or not feeling well. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality, most compassionate care and service in an efficient and timely manner, from the moment you arrive in our ED.
